Effective Date: May 9, 2025
Welcome to imouthere.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
1. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:
A. Personally Identifiable Information
While using our Site, especially when you register for an account (if applicable), place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, you may be asked to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Name
Email address
Mailing address (for shipping and billing)
Phone number
Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors – see below)
B. Derivative Data and Data Collected Through Tracking Technologies (Google Analytics & Others)
When you access the Site, our servers (and those of our third-party service providers like Google Analytics) may automatically collect information your browser sends. This may include:
Standard Google Analytics Data: IP address (which may be used to derive general geographic location; Google may also anonymize this), browser type, browser version, operating system, referral source, pages visited, time spent on pages, the dates and times of your visit, and other statistics.
Cookies and Web Beacons: We use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. When you access the Site, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Site. You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis. For more information on how to control cookies, check your browser or device’s settings.
Google Signals: We have activated Google Signals. This feature allows Google Analytics to collect visitation information from our Site and associate it with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalization. This Google information may include end-user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google. This data is used in an aggregated and anonymized manner to provide us with insights into cross-device user behavior, demographics, and interests. This helps us understand our users better and may be used for ads personalization. If your Google Account settings permit this, Google will be able to associate your Browse history on our Site with your Google Account and use information from your Google Account to personalize ads. You can access and/or delete this data via Google's My Activity (myactivity.google.com) and control your ads personalization settings via Google Ad Settings (https://www.google.com/search?q=adssettings.google.com). We adhere to the Google Advertising Features Policy, including rules around sensitive categories.
User-ID Feature: If you create an account or otherwise authenticate on our Site, we may implement the Google Analytics User-ID feature. This allows us to associate your engagement data from different devices and multiple sessions with a unique, non-personally identifiable ID that we assign to you. This provides a more accurate user count and a more holistic understanding of your interactions with our business. We will not upload any data that allows Google to personally identify an individual as the User-ID, in accordance with Google Analytics Terms of Service.
User-Provided Data Collection (Beta): With your consent where required, we may participate in Google's user-provided data collection. This feature allows us to send consented, hashed customer data (such as hashed email addresses if you provide them for a newsletter or purchase) to Google Analytics in a privacy-safe way. Hashing is a security process that converts your data into a code to protect your original information. This data supplements our existing Google Analytics data to improve conversion measurement and audience sharing capabilities, particularly when we link our Analytics property to Google Ads accounts for ads personalization. We adhere to Google's user-provided data feature policy and this feature is not used for users in sensitive categories.
Automatically-Detected User-Provided Data: Our Google Analytics implementation may be configured to collect automatically-detected user-provided data from forms (e.g., email addresses or phone numbers) in a hashed, privacy-safe manner if you interact with such forms on our site. This is used to enhance measurement accuracy.
Granular Location and Device Data Collection: We collect general geographic location data (such as country, region, or city, typically derived from your IP address) and information about the device you use to access our Site (such as device model, operating system, screen resolution, and browser information). This data is used for analytics, reporting, and may contribute to ads personalization if enabled.
Ads Personalization Data: As indicated, data collected through the above Google Analytics features (Google Signals, User ID, User-Provided Data) may be used to enable ads personalization if you have allowed this in your Google settings and on our Site where applicable. This allows us to export Google Analytics audiences and key events to our linked Google Ads accounts for the purpose of delivering more relevant, personalized experiences. Ads personalization is allowed in all regions where our Site operates, subject to user consent and controls.
C. Financial Data
When you make a purchase, we use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others) to securely collect and process your payment information. We do not directly store, process, or have access to your full credit card number or other payment card details. All financial information is provided directly to our third-party processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND YOUR CHOICES
Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Site.
